 Established in 1989, Goss Associates has provided services to over 100 organizations.  Our belief is that individuals and organizations hold the keys to their own success.  Our goal is to provide services that:

Sadie Burton-Goss is Principal for Goss Associates.  Her experiences span twenty years as an intemal/extemal consultant and manager in health care, high tech, education, government, and the financial services industries.  In addition, she has served as a management consultant to over one hundred organizations, in both the private and non-profit sector.

 The development of organizations as inclusive, high performing systems maximizing total human potential is a core them throughout her work.  Her network of professional associates expand the company's capacity to provide innovative, results oriented, customer centered service.

 A Boston Massachusetts native, Sadie Burton-Goss has worked and traveled throughout the United States, Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe as a consultant, trainer, writer and speaker.

 Sadie Burton-Goss received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, her Masters in Management from the Lesley College School of Management, and completed advanced studies in Organization Development at Columbia University.

 Her professional affiliations include board memberships as well as active involvement in the American Society for Training and Development, the National Speaker's Association, the Organization Development Network, and the American Management Association.
