Course Description
As organizations are challenge to do more with less,
become more innovative, and meet the increasing demands of a rapidly changing
environment, teams, and the development of teams have become more
critical. This program will provide
managers and supervisors with an introduction to current thinking about the
concept of teams. Participants will learn why the implementation of teams in
the workplace is increasing, how to assess team effective, and engage in a
forum to discuss current efforts to implement team in their perspective work
environments.
